I’m practicing on my block 5-6 times a week. I’m more conscious of proper alignment for correct posture. A month after taking the workshop, my shoulders and lower back are no longer uncomfortable. My right ankle, which had been painful for months made a clicking sound one day as the fascia released and has been pain free ever since. I’ve even been applying diaphragmatic breathing to my daily commute to work and feeling much more relaxed in heavy traffic. I’ll be ready for my next level in a few months and will recommend the program to my friends.
